• Friday, February 4th, 2011 6:30-9:30pm Vinyasa Flow and Kirtan Cost: $65
  Legendary yoga instructor, Steve Ross, brings his playful and fun “Happy Yoga” 2 hour vinyasa flow class to Central Florida. Steve uses contemporary music (Hip Hop, R&B, Pop and Regae) to produce a challenging and celebratory, unique class. Steve will lead us in a little Kirtan “Bhakti” celebration following the practice.
• Saturday, February 5th, 2011 10:00am-12:00pm Vinyasa Flow Cost:$55
  Steve will be leading us in a playful and fun Vinyasa Flow Celebration. All Levels Welcome! Bringing the tunes that he is famous for, along with his joyous humor and love for yoga…expect to leave completely blissed out!
• Saturday, February 5th, 2011 2:00-4:00pm Yin Yoga Cost:$55
  Steve will be leading us in a 2 hour Yin Yoga practice.Yin Yoga consists of deep slow opening floor poses designed to bring about maximum flexibility and enhanced health. Yin Yoga is an ideal companion to a vinyasa flow practice and produces a meditative state of mind.
